Common questions
Do I need to set up API connections with each booking channel?
No. ParkFast works by reading the booking confirmation emails that channels send to your operator inbox. No API access, no credentials from the channels, no IT setup. You simply forward emails to your ParkFast inbox address.
What if a booking channel isn't listed here?
New channels can be added on request. Contact us with a sample booking confirmation email from the channel and we will typically have it working within 48 hours.
Can ParkFast handle multiple channels at the same time?
Yes. ParkFast processes emails from all channels simultaneously. A SkyParkSecure booking and a Holiday Extras booking arriving at the same time are each created as separate booking records within seconds of each email arriving.
