ParkFast is airport parking management software for UK meet-and-greet and valet parking operators. Not car parks. Not consumers. Not generic field-service software with a parking skin on it — the operators who take a customer's keys at a terminal and give them back a week later.
Why ParkFast exists
The UK meet-and-greet sector runs on a stack nobody designed: booking emails from half a dozen aggregators, a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand, a WhatsApp group for driver dispatch, photos on staff members' personal phones, and a browser tab open on a flight tracker.
Every part of that works right up until it doesn't. The spreadsheet is fine until a booking gets missed. WhatsApp is fine until a driver says they never got the message. Personal-phone photos are fine until a customer claims £800 of damage and the member of staff who took the photos left in March.
None of this is a competence problem. It is a tooling problem. General-purpose software does not understand that a booking has two flights attached to it, that a vehicle handover is a legal event, or that a delayed return flight has to reach the driver before it reaches the customer. So operators build the missing system themselves out of whatever is to hand.
ParkFast is that missing system, built properly: booking emails parsed automatically from every channel, mandatory photographic vehicle intake with a customer signature, live flight tracking that dispatches drivers on landing, and a dedicated mobile app for each role on the ground.

Where we are right now
ParkFast is in active development and is not yet generally available. We are being deliberate about that: the product is being built alongside real operators rather than launched at them, and access opens in stages to early-access waitlist members.

Vehicle condition records are mandatory, not optional. A system that lets you skip the evidence under pressure is a system that fails exactly when you need it.
Built for the forecourt
The people using this are standing outside a terminal in the rain with a customer waiting. It has to work on a phone, on bad signal, in under a minute.
